Preschool Sports Benefits
All Preschool Sports sessions are designed and lead by Coach Craig and his instructors. Preschool Sports sessions are for children ages 3 to 5 and 6 to 10. Goal of each session is to creatively introduce your child sports in a noncompetitive environment.
Each session incorporates the following:
- Fun fitness activities and exercises
- Coordination, balance, and agility development
- Individual skill development
- Following directions, listening skills, and sharing
- Communication and sportsmanship
